Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Katy, TX

$17 - $18/hr | Part-Time

Schedule:

• Friday: 8:30AM–5:30PM
• Saturday: 10AM–5PM
• Sunday: 1PM–5PM

BGSF is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community in Katy, TX. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, helping future residents find their new home, and representing the community with professionalism and warmth.

🏡 What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of the community
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Lease available apartment homes and complete required paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with resident inquiries
• Handle phones, emails, and general administrative tasks
• Support weekend marketing efforts and community engagement

✔️ What You Bring

• Bilingual: English + Spanish required
• 6+ months of leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable touring the property and staying active
• Strong communication and sales follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Dependable transportation
