What You'll Do: As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners exploring window and door replacement solutions. Your mission is to build trust, educate, and set appointments for our in-home consultation team.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (minimum 250 calls/day).
- Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
- Follow call scripts and tailor conversations to uncover customer needs and overcome objections.
- Proactively follow up with warm leads and past customers to re-engage interest.
- Log all interactions and follow-ups accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, installation) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Hit and exceed key performance metrics: appointment set rate, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date on all Pella products, promotions, and differentiators in the market.

What We're Looking For: - A positive attitude and coachability -these are non-negotiables.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
- Prior experience in inside sales , customer service , or call center environments (home improvement or construction background is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume setting.
- A team player mindset who thrives in a supportive, performance-driven culture.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow-we invest heavily in training and development.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working with a computer and headset.
What We Offer: - Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses ( Top agents earn $50-$55/hour)
