Co-Founder (CMO / Head of Growth) Early-Stage, Equity-Only

Own Your Finances (OYF) is a purpose-driven FinTech startup empowering individuals and businesses to take control of their financial futures. Our budgeting app is live and gaining traction, providing users with an intuitive way to manage money, track goals, and build healthier financial habits.

Were seeking a creative, strategic, and resourceful Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help scale user growth, strengthen our brand, and drive long-term engagement. This is an equity-only co-founder role for someone eager to build from the ground up and shape the future of OYF.

What Youll Own

• Drive end-to-end growth: acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
• Test and scale across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
• Design creative campaigns and optimize user funnels and onboarding flows.
• Build and lead a small, high-impact growth team as we scale.
• Set up and refine analytics and attribution to guide data-driven decisions.

Your First 90 Days

Launch a focused growth playbook that achieves measurable traction specifically 20% month-over-month user growth and clear CAC-to-LTV visibility.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in B2C or mobile-app growth (ideally FinTech or subscription products).
• Proven experience launching and scaling user acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation.
• A founder mindset fast, scrappy, and collaborative.

Equity & Milestones

• Equity: 36% based on experience and contribution
• Vesting: 4 years with a 12-month cliff
• Cash compensation: begins after funding or sustained revenue milestones
