Location: We are seeking a Concessions Cook for the F&M Bank Arena located in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Located in the heart of downtown Clarksville, TN, F&M Bank Arena is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose venue that hosts a wide range of events, including concerts, sporting events, family shows, and community gatherings. The arena is a key hub for entertainment in the region and home to the Austin Peay State University men's and women's basketball teams.

Principal Function:

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with Sodexo Live!'s standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the Concessions Cook ensures that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and attractively for guests attending events at the arena. This role requires strict adherence to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and a strong focus on cleanliness and efficiency in the concessions kitchen.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations, including those set by OSHA and local health authorities.
