We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to managing multi-entity financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting professionals.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Utilize QuickBooks for general ledger, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.

This role is 100% in office. To be considered must be in Colorado and able to work 5 days a week in the office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Candidates with outsourced accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in managing or leading accounting teams.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting structures.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
• Proficient in cash management and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
