Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee comprehensive accounting functions and ensure operational efficiency within our organization. Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Process full-cycle payroll for an in-house team of 20 employees using QuickBooks Online.
• Oversee inventory accounting with a focus on reconciliation and turnover management, utilizing a homegrown inventory system.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including reconciliations and entries, ensuring timely processing.
• Supervise accounts receivable functions, including reconciliations and collections, with minimal overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Evaluate yearly benefits pricing and provide recommendations to optimize employee offerings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual workloads and enhance operational efficiency.
