You’ll be joining a major Japanese freight forwarding company that is a leader in 3PL distribution services. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire entry level export agent position where you’ll work in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international shipping and logistics — no prior export experience required!

Customer Service | Logistics Job Duties:
Coordinate and manage export shipments — data entry, documentation, and compliance with export regulations.
Arrange transportation and schedule pickups, bookings, and transfers between carriers and terminals.
Prepare and distribute shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and export packets.
Communicate with customers and overseas agents to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Customer Service | Logistics Requirements:
At least 1 year of administrative or warehouse clerk experience
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
