JOB SUMMARY

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Apprentice with a growth mindset, who is eager to learn and contribute to our mission of setting the standard in HVAC industry. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working under the guidance of experienced professionals and mentorship on goal setting, focusing on personal, professional, and financial growth! The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a career in HVAC, with a focus on customer service excellence and technical skill development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Skill Development: Engaging in comprehensive training programs to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with experienced technicians and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Assisting in ensuring that all HVAC installations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Supporting efforts to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Tools and Equipment Management: Learning to manage and maintain HVAC tools and equipment responsibly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC is a plus.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
  • No prior professional HVAC experience required.
