Job Summary: The HVAC Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring our installation and service teams are equipped for success. This entry-level position is responsible for coordinating equipment, managing warehouse inventory, and delivering parts and materials to job sites in a timely and professional manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order HVAC parts and equipment for jobs and deliver to job sites
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including job costing and purchase order documentation
• Process returns and manage warranty parts efficiently
• Organize and conduct scrap metal procedures
• Maintain and replenish truck stock for field technicians
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical warehouse tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills for inventory and paperwork processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or HVAC industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC parts and equipment is a plus
