These trusted, worksite-located resources serve employees interested in face-to-face coaching as well as group coaching sessions. The services provided by these health coaches helps to increase active participation in client-provided health and/or disease management programs. Health coaches help employees understand their health status, inform employees of potential risks, and teach them how to achieve and maintain personal health goals.
