About the Role

As the Head of Industry, you will design, manage, and execute the Style vertical sales strategy for Vox Media, inclusive of American Fashion, Beauty, and Retail. The Style category is a highgrowth vertical for the company, and you will lead a team of sales professionals helping our most trusted advertising partners unlock the full potential of their brands through a unique blend of premier content offerings, highvalue audiences, and cuttingedge technology. Your primary responsibility is to drive and grow national revenue in the Style vertical and subcategories, developing a strategy that aligns with broader company goals and puts your team in a position to succeed.

What Youll Do

• Lead a team of digital media client partners to drive campaign performance and act as the primary liaison to senior leadership.
• Formulate and execute an advertising strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives.
• Manage seniorlevel relationships with advertising partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges, needs, and expectations.
• Attract and train new talent to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Vox Medias advertising products and solutions (media and content).
• Ensure achievement of goals related to successful campaign completion, product quality, ontime delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Work with the team to identify opportunities for optimization and/or growth of existing accounts to facilitate stronger relationships and increase revenue.
• Work closely with senior management to manage internal revenue expectations and forecasting.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in advertising sales and management, with a heavy focus on the Retail vertical inclusive of American Fashion, Beauty, Retail, Luxury.
• Deep knowledge of digital media, brandfirst selling, enterprise strategic sales tactics, online marketing technology, and its competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong track record of accurate forecasting and revenue growth.
• Wellestablished senior relationships within the Style vertical, both at the agency and client level.
• A deep understanding of the industrys key opportunities and challenges.
• Willingness to travel.

Pay Range

$220,000 - $250,000 USD
