We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team of service professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential & commercial applications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace components such as compressors, TXVs, and evaporators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Document all service work performed, create detailed quotes, and maintain accurate records.

Skills

• Proficient in equipment repair related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to braze.
• Strong field service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R principles and practices.
• Understanding of system design concepts related to HVAC installations.
• Competent in reading and interpreting schematics for effective troubleshooting.
