Designing and delivering strategic workshops to help clients increase alignment and collaboration. Designing quality client experiences incorporating design thinking approaches and collaboration technology tools. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Design, or a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience. 4 years of experience in advisory and/or consulting services in areas such as Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, Design Thinking, and Digital Transformation. 4 years of experience developing design thinking-based strategic workshop experiences and managing innovation workshops. EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary of $151,810.00 per year, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options.
