Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Products industry, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the Home Improvement Consumer Products lab team supporting high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician I

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 21-23/hr

What's the Job?

• Collaborate closely with product development engineers to plan and prepare for research activities.
• Support the design and execution of experiments, pivoting on designs as needed to build and test prototypes.
• Conduct detailed data tracking and analysis to support research and development efforts.
• Prepare materials and organize for product testing, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Assist in laboratory experiments through testing and evaluation of new materials and products based on research.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma.
• Able to work 6-2 M-F.
• Ability to lift/carry at least 25 pounds.
• Proficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Prior laboratory or manufacturing experience is preferred.
