Job Summary

Summary
The purpose of a Maintenance Technician is to maintain a hygienic, safe, and well-kept facility for the residents and co-workers.

Essential Functions
-Arranges furniture and equipment for the purpose of providing adequate preparations for special events.


-Assists with skilled maintenance workers, tradesmen and/or assigned supervisor for the purpose of completing projects.


-Completes projects and work orders in a safe, efficient manner.


-Maintains Facility buildings and grounds areas as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of providing an effective working and living environment.


-Performs a wide variety of general maintenance activities.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Prior experience in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and facilities maintenance preferred 0-1 year preferred
