As a full‑service, boutique marketing agency we offer an array of services including branding, web design, digital advertising, social media management, SEO, video production, and direct mail/print advertising. We are seeking a talented and results‑driven Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with their goals and objectives. This role is for a passionate and dynamic marketer who is dedicated to supporting our dental clients across the country with branding and strategic marketing programs. We are looking for someone with the ability to efficiently manage multi‑channel integrated marketing and projects. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to meet deliverables and produce best‑in‑class marketing and advertising for dental practices. As an account manager, you will get your hands on every service we offer, both digital and traditional, including: branding, print, digital, web design, visual media, out‑of‑home, hyper‑local, event marketing, and social media management/advertising. Essential Functions Client Service – Act as the main liaison between the client and our internal team. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Provide constructive and regular communication, guidance and service dedication. Project Coordination – Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to align efforts and achieve client goals. Campaign Management – Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results. Tailor strategies to meet client objectives and address their unique challenges. Quality Assurance and Creative Direction – Ensure all creative and outputs are on‑brand, accurate and meet our quality expectations. Review all creative from website design and copy to print collateral and brand elements. Core Competencies Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with clients and channel partners Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing mix and channels Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strategic perspective Ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects keeping business goals in mind Experience working directly with project stakeholders Desired Skills + Experience 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing related role Individual must be self‑motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines Experience with a project management tool Desire to be a key contributor Why Work for Transcendental?
