Back Office Medical Assistant

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional looking to join a fast-paced medical environment? Our busy orthopedic spine surgeon’s office is seeking a Back Office Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support our clinical team.
Position: Full-Time
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Responsibilities include:
· Rooming patients and taking vital signs
· Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
· Assisting the physician with minor procedure
· Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
· Coordinating diagnostic tests, imaging, and follow-up appointments
· Ensuring exam rooms and equipment are clean and stocked
Requirements:
· Medical Assistant certification (preferred) or relevant experience in a clinical setting
· Experience in orthopedics or surgical specialties a plus
· Spanish speaking preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in EMR systems
