They are looking to bring on an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. This is a long-standing contractor that offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to be a key leader on large-scale builds in the San Antonio market.
As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading plumbing crews on-site, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Duties include scheduling manpower, monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and enforcing safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in commercial plumbing, strong leadership skills, and a successful track record managing crews on complex projects.
