POOL CLEANING TECHNICIAN FOR KATY TEXAS

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Pool Cleaning Manager and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing residential pools.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least one year of pool cleaning experience working for pool cleaning companies. 
2. Certified Pool Operator will be a plus. 
3. Must be able to communicate politely and efficiently with customers.
4. The associate must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions. 
5. Must be able to lift 75 pounds repetitively and often.
6. Must be a licensed driver in the State of Texas with a clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Clean and maintain the pool water by using cleaning equipment and pool chemicals provided by the employer Drive an assigned pick-up truck. Maintain profitable pool service rout

a) Performs water testing on the field

b) Maintain paper work and records

c) Daily care of cleaning vehicle

d) Conduct excellent customer service, develop great relationships with customers

e) Understand water circulation, pumps and other pool equipment and operations.

f) Adhere to Pinch a Penny pool maintenance procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: 

1. This position requires the associate to be 18 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high/low degrees of heat and cold with adverse weather conditions.
2. Must be able to stand, bend, stop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
3. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
4. Other as directed by supervisors.

The higher the experience, the higher salary. Full Time Position. Work compensation. Base salary plus Commission. One week paid vacation.
