We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Crosby-Brownlie, Inc.! This individual will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and callers while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include greeting/ directing visitors, managing calls, handling mail, maintaining the reception area, and providing administrative support.
Requirements:
Applicants should have experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational abilities.
This is a full-time, in-office position, weekdays, 8am – 4:30pm.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
