About the Opportunity

This position places you at the center of a bustling, full-service restaurant and bar. You will be instrumental in driving our success by leading both front and back-of-house operations. We are looking for a manager who can inspire a team, ensure exceptional service, and maintain the high standards of a premier national brand. What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary and service activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee guest services, proactively resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a memorable experience.
• Maintain a high quality of ingredients and ensure excellence in food preparation and presentation.
• Train, manage, and mentor kitchen and service personnel, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the dynamic needs of the restaurant.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety and sanitation regulations.
