SailPoint Administrator at Synterex summary:

The SailPoint Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and enhancement of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform to ensure secure and compliant identity and access management within a regulated financial services environment. Key duties include managing identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning, workflow development, system maintenance, and ensuring SLA compliance. The role requires collaboration, reporting, adherence to best practices, and maintaining relevant SailPoint certifications.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Administrator to support the ongoing administration, optimization, and enhancement of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient identity and access management (IAM) operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
SailPoint Administration & Support
- Perform day-to-day administration of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning, certifications, and source integrations.
- Develop and maintain workflows, transforms, attribute mappings, and access profiles.
- Onboard new applications and maintain role-based access controls.
- Monitor system health and generate analytics and reporting.
System Maintenance & Enhancements
- Assist with maintenance and upgrades of on-premises components and appliances.
- Deliver monthly bug fixes and enhancements based on agreed-upon estimates.
Availability & SLA Management
- Provide services during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday).
- Meet defined SLAs for triage and remediation of defects (excluding product defects).
Compliance & Best Practices
- Adhere to all published policies, standards, and procedures of the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and demonstrate expertise in SailPoint.
- Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership aligned with industry best practices.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, and monthly planning sessions.
- Deliver weekly status summaries, including open/blocked issues, completed tasks, and upcoming priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with workflow development, application onboarding, and integration with third-party platforms.
- Relevant certifications in SailPoint or IAM technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) is a strong plus.
