Must be a disciple of Lean / Agile thinking, and their associated systems of delivery. Show how you have embraced "continuous learning" and provide examples of such endeavors. Expectations: Scrum: Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness Ensure Scrum Events are held in accordance with the organization's cadence. Ensure that Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum and the Sprint Review occur per cadence, and if necessary, personally facilitate. Own the Sprint Retrospective. Use it as an avenue to imbue the Scrum Team with lean thinking, agile practices. Where appropriate, apply empiricism to learn from recent mistakes. General: Make sure the Product Backlog is prima facie display of the work that awaits the team. Apply a sharp eye toward the various types of Flow Items, to ensure transparency toward what the team has done, what they are doing, and what awaits them.
