The Work-based Learning Coordinator will lead Career Compass' new WBL services, providing valuable work experience for high school students
The Coordinator will
Coordinate with schools, counselors, and Career Compass leadership to implement a successful Work-Based Learning (WBL) program. Serve as a reliable resource on WBL initiatives and LDOE policy, recruit and support business partners, and guide internships by connecting students, teachers, and employers. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, maintain compliance, and document outcomes. Support marketing by sharing success stories and assisting with workforce events as needed.May also help facilitate a virtual internship course.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with at least 2 years of experience in education, workforce, or college/career development
